Sent the link to my portfolio to the most renowned and creative company “Fantasy Interactive“. I was told than they liked it and wanted to give me a test (they give it to everyone). The test for one week only. To design a video portal. I spent the whole week creating and designing the portal and sended this submission. Unsuccessful…

Yep, I grabbed 10 minutes ago an award from this excellent resource showcasing cool webdesign since 1998! I’m blown away. That’s really cool! This is my first long-awaited REAL award. I’m featured in these categories: CSS&DHTML, Personal, Photography. Gotta make a juice for this day!

Finished designing the DVD pack and insert for our russian movie “Treasure Island”, 1988. The goal was to make it very nice looking and colorful that children would like to buy it. The mission accomplished.

My new website with a lot of new works, new design, new cool-looking thumbnails, new algo of viewing, new clients’ list is online. It took 2 weeks to complete it. The most hardest thing was to create a backend system. I wanted to arrange thumbnails dragging and dropping. And I created this thing using wonderful scriptaculous scripts! I wanted my new site to be easy for viewing so I decided to stop the development of my new very-cool-looking-lotsa-flash-effects website and took the Lightbox JS 2.02 and created everything based on it. Now I see (and the visitors of course too) all my works on one screen and it’s very easy to look at everything. But the most admirable area for me now is the clients’ list.

Maybe some day I will continue the development of that very-cool-looking… website. But now I want simplicity for my visitors.
